About Us
We are a third-generation family-owned and operated business located in Prineville, Oregon. Since 1999, we have manufactured Allan block retaining wall products.
In 2013, we added our own paver line—rounding out our hardscapes product offerings and complimenting the Allan block retaining wall system. We continue to strive to add new products and color/style choices to meet your needs and wants as the hardscape market continues to evolve.

Mike Weston
Owner and President
Mike takes great pride in having a hand in every aspect of his business and working side by side with his employees (and family) day in and day out.

Tracy Weston
Assistant to the President, HR Manager

Tracy has played a supporting role in the background for 20+ years before coming on board full-time in July 2020 to help grow the family business and maybe let Carol retire for good this time.

Carol Weston

Carol inherited this job as a second career after she retired. She has found great joy in seeing her family succeed.

Katy Weston

(Mike and Tracy’s Daughter)
Katy started out at 15 years old driving forklift in the summers. After graduation, she worked for others to gain experience until coming on board full-time last year.

Tanner Weston
Portland/SW Washington Sales Manager

Since Tanner was 4 years old, he has had the block business in his blood. He started out as a laborer and forklift driver until he was promoted to be our Portland-based Sales Manager.

Matt Weston
Production Assistant

At 16 years old, Matt has shown great promise in keeping us up on the technology as we continue to automate a lot of our machinery. He also is a great asset who can do any job on the manufacturing side of the business.
